Every licence holder must record, as soon as reasonably practicable, the names of any other licence holders whose services the licence holder uses, and details of enquiries made to ascertain that the other licence holder is licensed.

A licence holder who has assigned or sub-contracted any of its obligations under any contract or arrangement with a worker or labour user to another licence holder must ensure that the terms upon which those obligations are assigned or sub-contracted are recorded, where possible in a single document.
