Consequential amendments to primary legislation

5.—(1) Section 88 of the Trade Marks Act 1994(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)(b) for “an individual” substitute “a person”.

(3) In subsection (1)(c) for—

(a)“an individual” substitute “a person”;

(b)“him” substitute “the person”; and

(c)“his” substitute “the person’s”.
