Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning Act 2008 (Commencement No. 1 and Savings) Order 2009.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Planning Act 2008; and
“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990()
