Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of section 14 of the Pensions Act 2007 (conversion of guaranteed minimum pensions) is—

(a)for the purpose of conferring power to make regulations, 1st March 2009, and

(b)for all other purposes, 6th April 2009.
