Title and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Aquatic Animal Health (England and Wales) Regulations 2009.

These Regulations come into force—

a

for the purposes of regulation 5(1), on 1st May 2009;

b

for the purposes of regulation 12(1), on 1st August 2009;

c

for all other purposes, on 27th March 2009.
