Section 139A was inserted by section 80 of the Education and Skills Act 2008 (c.25).
Schedule 7A was inserted by Schedule 9 to the Education Act 2002 (c.32) and is amended by paragraph 53 of Schedule 6 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22) to apply in relation to Wales only.
