52. In sections 19 to 21, 22A(1) and 24 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 for “local education authority” and “local education authorities” in each place where those words occur substitute “local authority” and “local authorities” respectively.
Section 22A was inserted by section 99(3) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40).
