50. In Schedule 1 to the Medicines (Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products for Human Use) Regulations 2005(1) (exemptions and exceptions from the provisions of regulation 4), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register” in paragraph 1, for “the register maintained in pursuance of section 2(1) of the Pharmacy Act 1954” substitute “the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
