Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Prescription of Drugs etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st November 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England.
