6. The Norfolk Primary Care Trust(1) has made a scheme for the purposes of paragraph 8(1)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Act for the transfer of staff to the trust.
Established by the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Order 2006 S.I.2006/2072, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
