Amendment of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10 and Saving) Order 2007

4.  Article 3 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10 and Saving) Order 2007 (saving)(1) is amended as follows—

(a)in paragraph (1), for “paragraph (2)” substitute “paragraphs (2) and (3)”; and

(b)after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3) This article does not apply in relation to England.”.
