135.  In section 194(2) of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(1) (power of Local Health Boards to make payments towards expenditure on community services)—

(a)after paragraph (a) insert—

“(ab)a private registered provider of social housing,”, and

(b)in paragraph (e) for “Housing Corporation” substitute “Regulator of Social Housing”.
