Section 35 (removal of special regimes for tenancies of housing associations) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3) after “commencement of this Act,” insert “a private registered provider of social housing or”.

In subsection (5) for “or the Housing Corporation” substitute “or the Regulator of Social Housing”.
