8.—(1) Section 5 of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976(1) (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to certain bodies) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(d) for “Housing Corporation” substitute “Regulator of Social Housing”.
(3) In subsection (4) before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)is a private registered provider of social housing,”.
