47. Amend the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(1) as follows.

2002 c. 29, as amended by the Serious Crime Act 2007, section 74 and Schedule 8, paragraphs 66, 91, 119, 138, 139, 141and section 79 and Schedule 11, paragraph 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 and 15. There are other amendments to the Act, but none are relevant.
