Saving provision in relation to the 2007 Order8
Where funded services are provided under a certificate and—
a
the application for the certificate was signed before 9th May 2011, regardless of whether the scope of the certificate is extended on or after that date; and
b
the application was received by the Commission before 16th May 2011,
the 2007 Order continues to have effect as if this Order had not been made.
