Amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act 1975

19.—(1) Part 7 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975(1) is amended as follows.

(2) The amendments have effect until section 76 of that Act (which is repealed by the Equality Act 2010(2)) ceases to have effect for all purposes.

2010 c.15. The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 was repealed by the Equality Act 2010, s.211(2), Schedule 27, Part 1 (as amended by S.I. 2010/2279, articles 2, 13 and Schedule 2). This was subject to savings (see S.I. 2010/2317, articles 11(1), 15 and 16, 18(1), 18(2) and Schedules 1, 3 and 5).
