Amendment to the Immigration (Isle of Man) Order 20088

The Immigration (Isle of Man) Order 200812, is amended as follows.

Article 18(2)(m) is revoked.

In Schedule 8 the following are revoked -
a
paragraph 7(5),
b
paragraph 7(6)(b),
c
paragraph 8(4)(c) to (f) and
d
paragraph 9.

In paragraph 8(5) of that Schedule, after “subsections” insert “(3),”.
