Pilot Schemes

3.  Sections 24 to 30 of the Act (domestic violence) shall come into force in the following areas:

(a)in the Greater Manchester police area, the Policing Divisions known as Oldham Division, South Manchester Division and the Metropolitan Division(1);

(b)in the West Mercia police area, the Territorial Policing Unit known as South Worcestershire(2); and

(c)the Wiltshire police area(3).
