67. In Schedule 10 to the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 M1 (protective provisions in respect of certain undertakings), in paragraph 1(4)(c) of Part 1, for “universal postal provider within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26) ” substitute “ universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5) ”.
