In regulation 2(2)(d)(vi) of the Electronic Commerce Directive (Adoption and Children Act 2002) Regulations 200566 (interpretation: responsible authorities in relation to Scotland), for “the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care” substitute “Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland”.
