Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 2007
57. For regulation 9(2)(d) of the Childcare (Supply and Disclosure of Information) (England) Regulations 2007(1) (prescribed persons for the purpose of the provision of information) substitute—
“(d)Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland;”.
