32.  In article 63B(6)(b) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001(1) (home reversion plans: definition of “care home” for purposes of definition of “qualifying termination event”) for ““care home” within the meaning of section 2(3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute ““care home service” within the meaning of paragraph 2 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
