47. In regulation 1(3) of the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement Regulations 2005(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “health service body”—
(a)after “Scottish Health Service” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”;
(b)after “sections 4, 10” insert “, 10A”.
