28.  In regulation 1(2) of the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “health service body”—

(a)after “Scottish Health Service” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”;

(b)after “sections 4, 10” insert “, 10A”.
