1. These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Reporting Requirements)(Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 25th November 2011.
2. The Merchant Shipping (Vessel Traffic Monitoring and Reporting Requirements) Regulations 2004(1) are amended in accordance with the provisions in Schedule 1.
3. The Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods and Marine Pollutants) Regulations 1997(2) are amended in accordance with the provisions in Schedule 2.
