SCHEDULE 7Modification of standard conditions of licences granted under the Gas Act 1986

PART 1Interpretation

In this Schedule—

  • “the Authority” means the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority;

  • “gas transporter licence” means a licence granted under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 (licensing of gas transporters)229;

  • “gas interconnector licence” means a licence granted under section 7ZA of the Gas Act 1986 (licences for operation of gas interconnectors)230;

  • “gas supply licence” means a licence granted under section 7A(1) of the Gas Act 1986 (licensing of gas suppliers)231.
