Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(7), 15(8) and 24(1) of the Private Security Industry Act 20011, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 24(1) of that Act.

In accordance with section 24(4) of that Act she has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and the Security Industry Authority.
