2.—(1) Article 1 of the Copyright (St Helena) Order 1963(1) is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and its Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(2) Article 2 of the Design Right (Reciprocal Protection) (No. 2) Order 1989(2) is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(3) The Schedule to the Copyright (Taiwan) (Extension to Territories) Order 1987(3) is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena” and “St Helena Dependencies (Ascension and Tristan da Cunha)” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(4) Schedule 2 to the Recognition of Trusts Act 1987 (Overseas Territories) Order 1989(4) is amended by substituting for the words “St Helena and Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
(5) Schedule 2 to the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978 (Overseas Territories) Order 1986(5) is amended—
(a)by substituting for the words “St Helena” and “St Helena Dependencies” the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”; and
(b)by deleting the words “Falkland Islands Dependencies” and inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”.
