Transitional provisions
3. Article 2 of this Order does not have effect in relation to Schedule 24 to the Finance Act 2007 in relation to—
(a)documents given to HMRC, and
(b)assessments issued by HMRC,
in relation to a tax period commencing on or before 5th April 2011.
