The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9EA, 9EB and 105 of the Local Government Act 2000(1), makes the following Regulations.

2000 c.22. Sections 9EA and 9EB were inserted into the Local Government Act 2000 by section 21 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Localism Act 2011 (c.20).
