In section 32 (power to accept part payment of arrears in full and final satisfaction), section 41D to be inserted into the 1991 Act is amended as follows.

In subsections (1) and (3), for “Commission” substitute “Secretary of State”.

In subsection (4), for “Commission” (in each place) substitute “Secretary of State” and for “it” (in both places) substitute “Secretary of State”.
