The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 86 of the Education Act 2002(1).
In accordance with section 210(3) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
2002 c. 32. Section 86 is amended by section 74(2) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40) from a date to be appointed.
