Citation, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2012.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Policing and Crime Act 2009.

(3) This Order extends to England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
