Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000

44.  In paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000(1) (the Electoral Commission – tenure of office)—

(a)after sub-paragraph (5) (d) insert—

“(da)a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies in relation to him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986);”;

(b)after sub-paragraph (8) insert—

“(9) In this paragraph, sub-paragraph (5)(da) does not extend to Gibraltar.”.
