46. In paragraph 2(4)(a) of the Schedule to the Office of Communications Act 2002(1) (the Office of Communications – membership), after “bankrupt” insert “or a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.
