In paragraph 3(4)(b) to Schedule 1 to the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006119 (term of office), after “bankrupt” insert “or has a debt relief order made in respect of him (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
