The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 126, 128, 129, 131, 134 and 136 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011(1).
In accordance with section 136(1) of that Act, the Treasury have consented to the making of these Regulations.
In accordance with section 154(2) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
