1.—(1) These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Local Authority (Referendums Relating to Council Tax Increases) Regulations 2012, and
(b)come into force on 16th March 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
(3) In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
