2.  Omit regulation 2(2) in the Welsh and English texts of the Waste (Household Waste Duty of Care) (Wales) Regulations 2006(2).

The Waste Management (England and Wales) Regulations 2006E+W

3.  Omit regulation 5 of the Waste Management (England and Wales) Regulations 2006(3).

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007E+W

4.  Omit paragraphs 33 and 36 of Schedule 21 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007(4).

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010E+W

5.  In regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010(5), in the definition of “excluded waste operation”, for “regulation 7(1) of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992, substitute “regulation 3(2) of the Controlled Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2012”.
