The Secretary of State for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 550ZA(3)(f) and 550ZC(7) of the Education Act 19961, makes the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 569(2A) of that Act2, a draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
