In section 28 (orders requiring the cleansing of ditches etc)—
a
in subsections (1) and (4), for “Agricultural Land Tribunal” substitute “appropriate tribunal”;
b
after subsection (5) insert—

For the purposes of this section, “appropriate tribunal” means—
a
where either the land or the ditch is in England, the First-tier Tribunal; and
b
where either the land or the ditch is in Wales, the Agricultural Land Tribunal.
