In section 30 (content of acquisition orders)—

a

in subsection (1)(b), for “a rent assessment committee” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”;

b

after subsection (6) insert—

For the purposes of this Part, “appropriate tribunal” means—

a

in relation to premises in England, the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal; and

b

in relation to premises in Wales, a leasehold valuation tribunal.
