28.  In section 382(9)(a) (restitution orders)(1)—

(a)omit “or” after sub-paragraph (i);

(b)after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—

“; or

(iii)which is imposed by the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013;”.
