Notwithstanding the repeal by article 15 of section 105 of, and paragraphs 3 to 11 of Schedule 7 to, the 1998 Act, those provisions continue to have effect in relation to the Welsh finances of the Forestry Commissioners relating to any period before 1st April 2013.

In this article, “Welsh finances of the Forestry Commissioners” has the same meaning as in paragraph 5(2) of Schedule 7 to the 1998 Act (notwithstanding its repeal).
