Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(b)

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections A1(8), 2E(1), 5, 10(2) and 19A(1) of the Reservoirs Act 19751 makes the following Regulations.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 5(6), (7) and (8) of the Reservoirs Act 1975.

The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council has been consulted in accordance with section 44 of, and paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072.
