Where the Secretary of State is informed or discovers that [F4a] member State has authorised a veterinary medicinal product that is the subject of an application for authorisation by the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State must reject the application unless it was submitted in accordance with the mutual recognition procedure or the decentralised procedure in Part 6.
