1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Revision of Defective Accounts and Reports) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2013.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2013 and have effect in respect of financial years ending on or after 30th September 2013.
