Provisions coming into force2
The following provisions of section 28 of the Children Act 2004 come into force on 9th September 2013:
a
subsection (1)(d) to (h);
b
subsection (2), so far as relating to the persons and bodies referred to in subsection (1)(d) to (h); and
c
subsection (5).
