in the words that follow the definition of “local authority”, after the words “Asset Recovery Agency” insert “, the NCA”;
b
at the appropriate place insert—
“NCA” means the National Crime Agency;
c
in the definition of “relevant training”, for “National Policing Improvement Agency” substitute “National Crime Agency”;
d
omit the definition of “SOCA”.
